The four-tier soil testing and fertilization technical service system implemented in Hailin City consists of the establishment of four-party fertilizer and professional technical service personnel at the provincial, municipal, township and village levels to form a soil testing and fertilizer application team. This year, local farmers have increased the proportion of formula fertilization under the guidance of soil testing and fertilizing service system personnel. A total of 350 tons of formulated fertilizer was formulated and the total number of issued formula cards reached more than 8,000 copies. The area of ​​soil testing formula was 800,000 mu. This section increased the income by 30 yuan.

Containerized Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main plant to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The plant produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure. With an oxygen booster,  the oxygen pressure can reached to 15Mpa and fill in cylinders.
