1 , meaning
PVDC ( polyvinylidene chloride ) is a high-barrier film material. If the K coating is poor in tamper resistance, the coating surface is easy. Cracks are generated and even separate from the substrate, which in turn affects the barrier properties of the entire material. Therefore, by monitoring the sturdy resistance of the material, it can help to continuously improve the coating process of the K coating, thereby improving the packaging suitability of the material.

The test sample used in this test is a K- coated composite film material KPET/PE produced by a company .
3 , the test basis
At present, the method standards related to the sputum test have not been released in China. The standard for the sputum test on the sample is ASTM F392 . The standard for the oxygen barrier performance test of the anterior and posterior samples is GB/T 19789- 2005 Coulometric Measurement Method for Oxygen Permeability Test of Packaging Materials Plastic Films and Sheets .
4 , test equipment
The test equipment used in this test is FDT-02 æ‰æ“ tester and OX2/230 oxygen transmission rate test system. Both of these equipments are independently developed and produced by Jinan Languang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.

4.1 Test principle
In this paper, the uranium resistance is verified by the change of oxygen permeability of the sample before and after. The oxygen transmission rate test adopts the principle of equal pressure method, that is, the sample divides the test chamber of the equipment into upper and lower chambers, and the upper chamber is filled with high-purity oxygen with a certain pressure, and the lower chamber is equal to the upper chamber pressure. Pure nitrogen and oxygen are infiltrated by the upper chamber of the device into the lower chamber under the action of the concentration difference, and are carried by the nitrogen in the lower chamber to the sensor for quantitative analysis, thereby obtaining the oxygen permeability of the sample. The sputum test simulates the force that the sample may be subjected to during use, and squats along the sample in both horizontal and vertical directions.

4.3 Scope of application

5 , the test process

(3) Add distilled water, open the system air source, and adjust the air source pressure as required to make the humidity in the upper and lower chambers reach the set value.
(4) Set the test temperature, test mode, sample area, thickness and other parameters to start the test.
(5) Click the Start Test option and the test begins. The instrument automatically records the test process data and calculates the test results of the final test.
5.2 æ‰æ“ test
(1) A sample of 280 mm in length and 200 mm in width was attached to the instrument with pressure-sensitive double-sided tape.
(2) Select the æ‰æ“ mode, close the instrument glass door, press the “TEST†button, and the test starts.
(3) When the number of times the instrument has reached the set value, the instrument will automatically stop.

5.3 Oxygen permeability test
The sample surface was cut from the surface of the crucible, and the other test operations were the same as in 5.1 .
6 , results
The average oxygen transmission rate of the sample tested in this test was 9.1308 cm 3 /(m 2 ·24h) . After C mode, that is , after 270 times, the average oxygen transmission rate of the sample was 9.6918 cm 3 . /(m 2 ·24h) , slightly increased, indicating that the sample has high tamper resistance.
7 , conclusion
In this paper, the uranium resistance of K- coated composite membrane materials was tested by testing the change of oxygen permeation of the samples before and after the sputum. From the experimental process, the equipment is easy to operate, the degree of intelligence is high, and the precision of the test results is high. , good repeatability, can reflect the sample's resistance to cockroaches.
