American sweet potato jam

Production method: Wash, slice, and grind together with water, heat to 71~82°C for 20 minutes, continue heating to 88°C, gradually obtain concentrated slurry, filter contaminated slurry to remove residue, and add fruity flavor. Flavor, cane sugar or sweetener, or add a small amount of water solution and pectin to increase the nutrient content; continue heating to 99~100°C, and gradually concentrate into a paste; after cooling it can be packed into canned or bulk cooled storage .
Product features: This sweet potato jam is rich in nutrients, delicate in taste, suitable in mellowness and sweetness, and best used as jam bread.
