The operation of the slow release sterilizer is a procedure. Under normal circumstances, the slow release sterilizer has three working states: automatic, manual and bypass. It is generally not permissible to open the bypass valve and only allow the temporary use of the bypass valve if the slow release sterilizer is unable to perform an automatic or manual emergency.
Generally, the slow release sterilizer is pre-chlorinated and post-chlorinated. The pre-chlorination slow release sterilizer can be set to an automatic or manual state. When it is automatic, the dosage of the chlorinator is controlled according to the flow rate of the incoming water; when it is manually, it is artificially given according to the water quality and quantity of the incoming water. Under normal circumstances, it should not exceed 2.2KG/h. . Exceptions to special circumstances (eg deterioration of raw water quality). The post-chlorination slow release sterilizer should be set to the automatic state, and the control signal is the deviation of the residual chlorine value of the filtered water from the set value.
When the power is normally turned on, start the pipeline pump first, and open the relevant valve of the chlorinator. The power supply sequence is: factory water residual chlorine analyzer > filtered water residual chlorine analyzer > pre-chlorination slow release sterilizer > post-chlorine slow release sterilizer . (The filtered water must be in the clear water channel.) Before the chlorination slow release sterilizer is energized, it must be confirmed that the residual chlorine analyzer reading of the filtered water has stabilized. After chlorination disinfection sustained release about 8--30 minutes to stabilize.
If the sustained release sterilizer is used normally before power-on and the internal parameters have been set last time, this power-on does not need to be reset. The internal memory of the slow release sterilizer has saved the set parameters. If you want to change the parameter settings, please consult the engineering technicians on site.
If there is a sudden power outage due to utility power, please close the valve of the slow release sterilizer and the main valve of the chlorine bottle. When the power supply of the slow release sterilizer is turned off, the sequence is: post-chlorination slow release sterilizer > pre-chlorine slow release sterilizer > Filtered water residual chlorine analyzer>Factory water residual chlorine analyzer.
If the slow release sterilizer is out of power for too long (more than 24 hours), the internal setting parameters of the slow release sterilizer are lost, and the set reference value needs to be re-entered.
