Air drying method

Remove the mushroom roots, dead mushrooms, and old fungus from the bacteria bag of 1 to 2 mushroom. If it is placed outdoors, it should be covered to prevent rain, moisture and mildew. Usually put 3 to 4 layers. The soil covered by the ditch is about 50 cm thick and 15 cm above the ground. It is arched to facilitate drainage. After the autumn, the bacteria bag is dug out and soaked in the dip pool for about 24 hours. The mushroom management is carried out according to the routine, and the mushroom can be produced in 10 days.

3. Covering method

For the ground cultivation of oyster mushrooms, when the temperature rises and does not affect the mushroom, stop spraying water, clean the surface of the bed, make the material surface slightly dry, and the water content is reduced to about 45%; then cover the film and cover it with a thickness of 7 to 10 cm.
