2. Place the spring on the upper and lower races (place the screen body), and the spring should fully enter the spring seat to ensure vertical and not to twist.
3. The vibrating part of the screen machine must not have any rigid connection or contact with other objects outside the machine.
4. Turn on the power and press the start button (the unit can be started directly) to make the vibration motor rotate in the opposite direction.
At this time, the sieve machine should vibrate smoothly according to the set direction. After the material is added, the material should travel to the discharge end.
5. Adjustment of excitation force: The eccentric block at both ends of the vibration motor is adjustable. Adjusting the angle between the two eccentric bodies can change the magnitude of the excitation force. The excitation force of the sieve machine has been adjusted to the good state before leaving the factory. Direct access to use, no need to make adjustments.
If necessary, adjust according to the following methods: open the protective cover at both ends of the motor, loosen the tightening bolts of the eccentric block, and rotate the adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends in the same direction so that the value on the opposite axis is aligned. At this time, it is the required exciting force. After the adjustment is completed, tighten the tightening bolts.
6. Such a sieve machine will generate a large amplitude of vibration when it passes through the resonance zone. To improve this condition, an electric brake device can be connected.
