Correct use of the main working parts of the cultivator

Second, loose soil shovel: loose soil shovel used for the rows of crops loose soil, it makes the soil loose but does not flip, loose soil depth up to 13-16 cm. The loose soil shovel consists of a blade tip and a shovel handle. The blade tip is a working part, and it is of many types. There are three types of chisel-shaped, arrow-shaped and birch-shaped. The width of the chisel blade is very narrow. It uses the blade tip to flatten the loose soil in the soil process to ensure the loose soil width. This type of ripper has been used in the past. The blade-shaped loose soil shovel has a triangular blade tip and a convex curved surface. After the cultivation, the soil is loosely smashed, the ditch bottom is relatively smooth, and the loose soil quality is good. Most of the newly designed cultivators in China have adopted such ripper. The birch ripper is suitable for cultivating the first cultivating tillage operation in a ridge. The blade tip has a triangular shape and the working face is a convex curved surface, which is similar to the arrow-shaped ripper, except that the wing extends backward for a long time.

Third, soil shovel: use is to cultivate soil and ditch ridging. According to the type of work surface can be divided into two kinds of surface and flat. Curved type: Its shovel tip and shovel chest are divided into circular arc surfaces, which have strong crushing ability. The left and right earthing walls are semi-rotary curved surfaces, which have strong soil-turning ability. Therefore, during the operation, the rows of soil can be smashed. Turn to both sides. The spade blade tip is narrow, the width of the bottom of the ditch is narrow, and the weeding performance on the ridge side is strong. The spade shovel and the shovel chest are hinged, and the opening of the left and right earthing walls is adjusted and controlled by the regulating wall, and the adjustment range is 275-430 mm, which can meet the needs of commonly used row spacing soil and ditching. It is widely used in dryland areas in the northern plains of China. Plane type: This earthen shovel is suitable for the northeastern ridge area. It is mainly used for barnyardgrass and loose soil, and can also be ridged and earthed after installing earthboards. Usually, in the first cultivating tillage, a birch plough with a width of 200 mm is used instead of a earth plate; when the second ripping is performed, the plough zinc with a width of 250 mm is used to adjust the earth plate to the middle. Position; in the third cultivating ripper, with a triangular rake with a width of 350 mm, the earth plate is adjusted to a larger or maximum opening angle.

C. PP boot cover, PP+PE boot cover: material weight per square meter: 28g., 30g, 32g., 34g., 40g., 42g, 45g., 50g., 55g. coated or uncoated non-woven fabric.
