First, the incidence

The pigeons were well-fed without any problems. When raising the second and third batch of pigs, it was learned that the electrolysis multidimension could increase the feed remuneration and increase the survival rate, and increased the dose application (increased 3-4 times). As a result, the young pigeons continued to die. When the fourth batch was raised, it was considered that the electrolyzed multidimensional mass was poor and the amount used was not enough. From the first day onwards, the dose was increased. According to the explanation, 500 kg of electrolyzed material was mixed, but 50 kg of material was mixed. The result was a 3-day old pigeon. After diagnosis by the local veterinarian, the amount of electrolysis was increased, and 35 kg of material mixed with 500 kg of material was mixed with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, nystatin, cephalosporin, Qingda, and erythromycin. Astragalus polysaccharides and other drugs are invalid. Instead, sick pigeons increased and deaths increased. By the age of 6 days, the sick pigeons accounted for more than 80% of the entire population, and the others were not normal, with more than 500 deaths and a mortality rate of 25%. The sick and sick pigeons were sent to the Veterinary Hospital of Xingtai City for diagnosis and treatment. Through comprehensive diagnosis, the diagnosis was electrolysis multidimensional poisoning.
Second, the clinical symptoms
The sick pigeons were all diarrhea, and they were mentally defensive. Most of the sick pigeons were sluggish, crouching, lethargic, lying on their side, and their mouth and nose were mucus. Subcutaneous edema, joints, wings, head edema, difficulty breathing, and finally died of failure.
Third, necropsy lesions
Carried out 20 sick pigeons. Feather pulls off, subcutaneous tissue edema, gastrointestinal mucosal hyperemia, hemorrhage, abdominal cavity and pericardial effusion, pulmonary hemorrhagic edema, liver stasis, renal enlargement, pale, urate deposition, head subcutaneous edema, Meningeal blood vessels congestion and expansion. Severe edema in joints and wings.
Fourth, laboratory tests
1. Bacteriological test: The blood, liver, spleen and kidney tissue of the sick pigeons were smeared with aseptic technique. After being stained with Gram, they were examined by microscopy and no bacteria were found. The disease was inoculated on a blood agar medium and no colonies were found to grow.
2. Drug regression experiments: 20 healthy and normal pigeons were picked from the batch of pigeons hatched in the field for testing. Each group consisted of 10 rats. Group I was blank control group, and group II was experimental group. In group I, normal feed was infused, group II was filled with electrolysis multidimensional (mixed with 500 kg according to instructions, only 35 kg was actually mixed), and feeding and management feeding methods were the same. As a result of the experiment, group I was normal within 72 hours, and group 2 died. The rest of the pigeons were also lassitude, crouching, lethargy, lying, mucus in the mouth and nose, subcutaneous edema, and edema in the joints, wings, and head. The necropsy lesions also have the same symptoms as those of the above mentioned virgin pigeons. Diagnosed as electrolytic multidimensional poisoning.
V. Treatment
Disable electrolysis multidimensional, use 5% glucose, vitamin C (200 mg / kg water) solution gavage, and even served 3 days. At the same time, the feed is mixed with detoxification, diuretic swelling of the traditional Chinese medicine. Prescriptions: Radix isatidis 500 g, plantain 500 g, and licorice 500 g in the fine powder. The water is poured into the medicine and cools. The medicine and the dregs are mixed together into the feed. Feeding each pigeon 0.5 grams/time twice a day for 5 days. On the third day after the administration, the pigeons gradually stabilized and died. All the remaining pigeons returned to health five days later.
Six, matters needing attention
1. The main component of electrolysis multidimensional is multi-vitamin, potassium, sodium, etc. This formula is balanced and is a very effective nutritional additive, but it cannot be used in large quantities for a long time. The pigeons used from the first day to the sixth day, 10 times the amount before the beginning of the first three days, 14.2 times the amount of the last three days, the main component of electrolysis in the multi-dimensional potassium, sodium, due to excessive heart, body Functional neuromodulation, liver, kidney, etc. have a damaging effect. If it is used excessively for a long time, it will cause edema, liver detoxification function will decline, cause kidney damage, and urate will not accumulate in the body and cause pigeon poisoning. As the farmers do not understand the multidimensional components of electrolysis, it is believed that the more they are used, the better the health of the pigeons. Therefore, feeding a large dose for a long time resulted in a large number of deaths due to poisoning in the pigeon population. Treatment is mainly to clear away heat and detoxify, and to improve water-threatening and tonify, and to use Qingrejiedu, diuretic swelling Chinese herbs and glucuronolactone to promote the excretion of drugs and poisons, with the role of hepatoprotective detoxification. Glucose, vitamin C are routine hepatoprotective, detoxifying and metabolizing drugs. Combination of the above drugs can achieve better therapeutic effect.
2. When using electrolysis multidimensional, to understand the characteristics of the drug and the active ingredients, do not blindly large-dose long-term application, and use it strictly in accordance with the instructions, do not just change.
