Precautions and use of corn harvester
Use of corn harvester and precautions:
1. Things to be aware of when working. 1 Before the corn harvester works, it should be smoothly combined with the clutch of the working part. When the throttle is small to large, it can start the harvesting operation until the stable rated speed. 2 When the corn harvester is working in the field, the cutting and crushing quality and the stubble height should be checked regularly, and the height of the header should be adjusted at any time according to the situation. 3 Check the work of the picking device according to the number of seeds thrown to the ground. The loss of grain should not exceed 0.5% of the total amount of corn kernels. When the loss is large, check whether the working gap between the picking boards is correct. 4 The corn harvester should be properly interrupted for 1 minute to 2 minutes to allow the working parts to run empty, so as to remove all remaining contents such as ear of corn and grain from the working parts, and the working parts are not allowed to be blocked. When the working parts are clogged, stop the blockages in time, otherwise the corn harvester will increase friction and damage the parts. 5 When the corn harvester turns or runs along the corn row, the header should be raised to the transport position. When working in a field with a gutter, the corn harvester can only work along the ditch.
2. Operational test run. Within the first 30 hours of operation, it is recommended that the speed of the harvester be 20% to 25% lower than the normal speed. The normal working speed can be carried out according to the recommended working speed. After the test run is completed, it is necessary to thoroughly check the assembly and fastening degree of each component, the correctness of the assembly adjustment, and the working state of the electrical equipment. Replace all reducers and close the gearbox.
3. No-load test run. 1 Separate the engine clutch and place the shift lever in the neutral position. 2 Start the engine and engage the clutch at low speed. When all working parts and various mechanisms are functioning properly, gradually increase the engine speed until the rated speed, and then operate the harvester at the rated speed. 3 During operation, carry out the following inspections: sequentially start the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic system to check the working condition of the hydraulic system, the sealing of the hydraulic pipeline and the hydraulic parts, and check the braking condition of the harvester (driving). After every 20 minutes of operation, separate the engine clutch to check whether the bearing is overheated and the transmission of the belt and chain, and the fastening of each joint. When all the gears are used to join the working parts in sequence, the harvester is tested and the parts are inspected during operation. The corn harvester has an air test time of not less than 3 hours, and the flight test time is not less than 1 hour.
4. Check before commissioning. 1 Check whether the installation of each part of the bearing and the high-speed rotating parts on the shaft (such as the stalk chopping device and the intermediate shaft) is normal. 2 Check the tension of the V-belt and the chain. 3 Check if any tools or extraneous items remain on the working parts of the harvester and all protective covers are in place. 4 Check if fuel, oil, and lubricating oil are in place.
