The correct operation of the vacuum oven
1. Place the material evenly into the baking tray attached to the vacuum oven, insert the baking tray into the drying rack, and push it into the drying box.
2. If steam heating or water heating is used, it is necessary to connect the two heating ports of the special drying rack (upper and lower ports) with the water or steam.
3. Close the door and vent valve. There are bolts on the door to make the door tightly combined with the silicone sealing strip.
4. Connect the vacuum pump to the vacuum valve, open the vacuum valve, and evacuate.
5. According to the performance of the vacuum pump, the pressure gauge is drawn to the limit value of the vacuum pump.
6. After vacuuming, first close the vacuum valve. If the vacuum valve is not closed, please replace it, then turn off or remove the vacuum pump power. (to prevent back suction)
7. The drying cycle of the materials of the Institute, observe at intervals, the calendar, the thermometer, and the changes in the tank to deal with. If the pressure gauge index drops, there may be a leak, and the pumping operation can be performed.
8. After the drying is completed, first open the bleed valve, release the gas inside, and then open the drying door to take out the material.
