First, use
This series of box-type resistance furnaces is also called laboratory electric furnace or muffle furnace. Third, installation and use
1. The electric furnace does not need special installation, just lay it on the indoor floor or on the bench. The controller should be placed on the workbench, and the inclination of the work surface should not exceed 5 degrees. The distance between the controller and the electric furnace is not less than 0.5 m. The controller should not be placed on the electric furnace to avoid affecting the normal operation of the controller.
2. The power supply line connecting the controller and the electric furnace, the load capacity of the switch and the fuse should be slightly larger than the rated power of the electric furnace.
3. When wiring, first loosen the screws on the left and right sides of the controller casing, then turn the casing up, connect the power cable as shown in the figure. Connect the controller to the electric furnace and the thermocouple cable (zui use compensation wire) Insert the thermocouple into the furnace from the small hole of the thermocouple holder. The gap between the hole and the thermoelectric is blocked with asbestos rope and then fixed. (Note: The phase of the power supply is not reversed with the neutral line. For operational safety, the controller And electric furnace need to be reliably grounded)
4. Check the wiring and power on. First, close the power switch, then pull the button switch on the controller panel to the open position, adjust the setting button, and set the temperature to the degree you need. Pull the setting switch to the measuring position, the red light is off (NO), there is also the sound of the contactor's suction, the electric furnace is energized, the ammeter indicates the heating current value, and the temperature rises slowly as the temperature inside the furnace rises, indicating that the work is normal. When the temperature rises to the set required temperature, the red light is off (NO), the green light is on (YES), the electric furnace is automatically powered off, and the temperature rise is stopped. Later, when the temperature in the furnace drops slightly, the green light is off and the red light is on. The electric furnace is automatically energized. It is repeated every week to achieve the purpose of automatically controlling the temperature inside the furnace.
5. In order to check whether the breaker protection device works normally, the method is: loosen one end of the thermocouple. At this time, the temperature indication rises rapidly to the high point of Zui and the heating power is automatically cut off. The device is good, and the thermoelectric device is reconnected. After that, it works fine.
6. Oven, when the electric furnace is used once or after repeated use for a long time, the oven must be carried out. The process is as follows: When the room temperature rises to 200 ° C for 4 hours (open the furnace door to allow water vapor to be emitted) When 200 ° C to 600 ° C 4 hours (close the furnace door) when 600 ° C to 800 ° C 2 hours (close the furnace door)
7. After use, first pull the toggle switch on the control panel to the off position, then turn off the main power switch.
Repair and maintenance
1. When the electric furnace is used once or after repeated use for a long time, it must be dried in an oven. Regularly check that the various wiring connections of the electric furnace and the console are good. The oxides in the furnace are often removed.
2. The controller should be placed in a dry and ventilated

3. When using the electric furnace and the console, the rated power should not be exceeded. The furnace temperature must not exceed the limit temperature.
