(1) Horizontal limiter used in floor scales and the like
This type is generally independent and has no direct relationship with other equipment. Therefore, the limit requirement for the horizontal limiter can be appropriately relaxed, allowing it to have a large amplitude of shaking. The standard configuration of the truck scale manufacturer is mainly composed of the three main components of the load-bearing force transmission mechanism (scale body), high-precision weighing sensor and weighing display instrument, so that the basic weighing function of the truck scale can be completed, and it can also be based on different users. (2) Horizontal limiter used in electronic railway scales and the like
Such stoppers are required to have sufficient strength to withstand a large horizontal impact force. Usually, they are formed by a spherical concave spherical surface. The spherical clearance is generally less than 1 mm, and the suspension is in a suspended state by the winding of the spring. It has a high hardness and does not cause pits under impact collision. In order to avoid the bypass of the metering force value and the lubrication of the contact end face, it is usually protected by a flexible rubber wave tube, and the simplified structure of such a stopper.
For this type of electronic platform, it is generally not allowed to shake. If the horizontal limiter is placed at the four corners of the load, it is extremely unreasonable, because the thermal expansion and contraction of the carrier will jam the small limit gap, so it is required. The horizontal stopper is installed in the middle of the carrier, allowing the four sides to expand and contract freely without being stuck.
(3) Horizontal limiters used in hopper scales, container scales, etc.
For electronic scales such as electronic container scales, the horizontal interference force does not determine the direction, and the larger is the tipping moment and the rotational moment. Therefore, the horizontal limiter of this type is usually completed by a single-layer or double-layer limit rod combination mechanism. Specific requirements are as follows:
1 The connecting parts at both ends of the tie rod must be active or flexible, and will not generate a metering force value bypass.
