5. The removed parts should be placed on wooden racks, wooden boxes or parts trays as required, and must not be placed on the ground to prevent damage and corrosion.

6. The removed parts should be put together as far as possible in the original structure, such as shafts, gears, screws, gaskets, positioning pins and so on.

7. For complete sets or parts that cannot be exchanged, mark them before disassembly and string them together to avoid mixing, such as gear sets, valves and valves, etc. Valve fittings should be plugged into the original valve body.

8. Components that can still be used without repairs should not be disassembled and thrown loose, such as splines and gears, shafts, and bearings.

9. To facilitate the inspection of parts, the removed parts should be cleaned as necessary and then coated with engine oil to prevent rust.

Second, install

1. During assembly, from inside to outside and from top to bottom, the principle of the next process is not affected.

2. The operation must be serious, and important complex parts should be checked repeatedly to avoid mis-installation and missing-loading.

3. Do not allow dirt into the component.

4. During the installation process, inspections should be made in strict accordance with the technical requirements.

5. The assembled machine must be adjusted and commissioned.
