Low water supply pressure
(1) The feed water flow rate is not appropriate;

High water pressure

(1) The concentrated water flow rate is high;

High pressure pump stops
(1) The pump outlet pressure is too high (greater than 1.7 MPa);
(2) The water pressure at the inlet of the pump is too low (less than 0.05 MPa).
Reverse osmosis equipment production rate is reduced
(1) The feed water temperature is low;
(2) low water supply pressure;
(3) The concentration of concentrated water is too high to cause high osmotic pressure;
(4) Membrane fouling.
Reverse osmosis equipment increases water production
(1) The water supply pressure is high;
(2) The feed water temperature is high.
The water conductivity and concentrated water conductivity of reverse osmosis equipment increase simultaneously
(1) Contamination of concentrated water pipeline or concentrated water regulating valve;
(2) The recovery rate is too high.
The water conductivity is high, the conductivity of concentrated water is also high, and the pressure drop is high in each section.
