Cercospora solani
Symptoms mainly affected the leaves and shoot stems, and no tuberculosis occurred. The leaves were infected with primary yellow to light brown round lesions, irregular yellow-brown irregular spots after expansion, and some with less obvious leaf spots. Under wet conditions, dense gray moldy layers appear on the leaves, which are conidial stems and conidia of pathogenic bacteria.
The pathogen Cercospora concors (Casp.) Sacc. said C. velutipes, is a fungus of Deuteromycotina. The sub-seeds are densely branched with conidiophores, curved and geniculate, with 0 to 6 separated. Conidia nearly colorless or light brown, cylindrical or inverted stick-shaped, straight or slightly curved, both ends blunt, the size of 14-803-6 (μm), a greater change in length.
The transmission route and the onset condition of the mycelia and the conidia in the sick body were overwintering and became the source of infestation early in the year. During the growing season, the leaves were damaged and contaminated with multiple infections. A large number of pathogenic bacteria accumulated and they became popular under suitable conditions. High temperature and high humidity are conducive to the occurrence and prevalence of the disease, especially in heavy rains in autumn.
Prevention and control methods (1) After the onset of the disease, deep plowing is conducted after the harvest, and rotation is performed conditionally. (2) In the initial stage of onset, spray 50% polymorphine (carbendazim plus vancomycin) wettable powder 1000-1500 times or 75% chlorothalonil wettable powder 600 times, 50% mixed sulfur suspension 500-1 600 times liquid, 30% basic copper sulfate suspension 400 times, 1:1:200 times Bordeaux mixture, every 7-10 days, continuous control 2-3 times.
