1. When the instrument is used for the first time, it is recommended to use pure water or distilled water to prevent scale formation for a long time. The highest liquid level is added to the red mark line of the liquid level window, which can be recycled for more than half a year. If the liquid level is lower than the yellow line, the cooling effect should not exceed the red marking line.
2. Open the cold water circulation switch, the condenser tube starts to enter the water, observe whether the interface is leaking, if the water leakage needs to be resealed. After the circulating water of the condenser is filled, the normal level of the tank is between the yellow line and the red line.
3. The connection between the retort and the condensate bottle is well sealed, and the top sealing plug of the retort is effectively connected to the solenoid valve through the hose to prevent air leakage.
4. Distilled water is added to the distillation bottle, and the upper part is sealed and communicated with the anti-back suction device through a hollow sealing plug and a hose. The long arm mouth is in sealing communication with the condensing bottle, and the condensate bottle distillate is sealedly connected to the receiving bottle through the hose.
5. During the experiment, other debris should not be placed near the tray to avoid affecting the accuracy of weighing.
6. The load cell has a maximum range of 3kg. If there are other needs, please use the time control mode.
7. For two consecutive distillation experiments, in order to ensure the condensation effect, the switch of the cold water circulation should not be closed after the first test.
