Pay attention to control greenhouse cucumber tea

Recently, a number of cucumber growers reported that their greenhouse cucumbers had severe leaf curling symptoms. Individual leaves were stiff and thick, and some of the leaves were shiny. Guaren pesticides were treated several times according to viral diseases, but they did not improve. In order to clarify the reasons, we conducted an on-site investigation and found that the phenomenon of cucumber leaf curling reflected by melon farmers was caused by the tea plant, and the damage to cucumber in individual greenhouses was still serious.

Symptoms of cucumber leaves damaged by tea planters are easily confused with certain physiological diseases or viral diseases of cucumbers, resulting in delays in timing of prevention and control. Tea leaves have a strong tendency to tenderness, also known as "green leaves." Chengyu and young cubs will focus on the young part of the cucumber to suck and damage. The back of the victim leaves will be grayish brown or brownish, with oily luster or oil immersion. The leaves will become stiffer and thicker and the edges will curl inwards. The affected tender stems and twigs turned yellow-brown and distorted. In severe cases, the growth points of the cucumber plants disappeared, and the top of the plant was dry. Because the carcass is extremely small and difficult to observe and recognize by the naked eye, it is not easy to be discovered at the initial stage of the occurrence of tea aphid and often misses the best timing for prevention and treatment.

The ocherifers that occur on the cucumbers in the greenhouse belong to the Cinnamomum cinnamomea, which takes place several times a year and overlaps for generations. The optimum temperature for development and reproduction is 16°C-23°C and the relative humidity is 80%-90%. The greenhouse temperature and humidity in the cucumber greenhouse are suitable for the development of the tea gardenia. Therefore, the cultivation of cucumber in the greenhouse should pay special attention to the prevention of tea plant damage.

Although it has a short life cycle, it has a strong fertility. For the prevention and treatment of greenhouse cucumber scutellaria scutellaria should be prevented in the early growth period of cucumber, spraying the key part is the upper part of the plant and its tender leaves on the back, tender stems. Chemical control: can be sprayed with 1.8% avermectin EC 2500-3000 times, 20% fluvalinate EC 1500-2500 times, 20% chlorim EC 2000 times or 10% Uranus EC 1500 times Liquids, etc., are generally administered once every 10 days for 3 consecutive times to achieve good control.

romatographic and use double-antibodyromatographic and use double-antibodysandwich method to detect antigen. Whenthe concentration of antigen in specimen ishigher than the minimum detection limit, theviral antigen will form complexes withlabeled antibodies first. Under chromatogra-phy, the complexes move forward along thenitrocellulose membrane till captured bypre-coated monoclonal antibody ofindetection zone.Through the visible color tointerprete the test results.
