The joint capsule contains a certain amount of fibrinoid or caseous exudate. Some exudates contain a small amount of blood.
Third, the laboratory diagnosis of diseased chicken wound effluent made smears, Gram staining microscopy, observed a large number of typical grape-like arrangement of Gram-positive cocci. The material was inoculated on plain agar and blood agar plates and incubated in a 37°C incubator for 24 hours. A round, 1-2 mm diameter, smooth orange-to-white colony is formed on an agar plate; hemolytic rings are generated on the blood agar plate, and the susceptibility test is performed using a conventional test strip. The isolate is highly sensitive to penicillin and kanamycin. Enrofloxacin Zhongmin is insensitive to gentamicin.
Fourth, the treatment of drug susceptibility testing found that the bacteria are highly sensitive to gentamicin, kanamycin, and madamecin. The chicken was injected intramuscularly with gentamicin twice daily for 3,000 units per kilogram of chicken body weight; Madamemycin was added to feed, 400 mg of Medicin powder was added to each kilogram of feed, and the mixture was evenly distributed every other day. 1 time. After 3-4 days of medication, the mortality rate of the flock significantly decreased. After the chicken farm was fully sterilized with peracetic acid, no new infection occurred.
