China is a big country in agricultural production. Increasing the level of agricultural mechanization is an important task for agricultural development. At present, the power machinery in agricultural machinery is powered by diesel engines. How to prolong the service life of diesel engines under existing conditions and improve the economic benefits of locomotive use are closely related to the vital interests of organic households. The service life of a diesel engine generally depends on the time when the cylinder liner and crankshaft of the diesel engine wear to the limit size. After a certain period of time, the diesel engine must be overhauled, so the service life of the diesel engine generally refers to the overhaul interval of the diesel engine. Extending the service life of diesel engines is mainly to reduce the wear rate of cylinder liners and crankshafts. In addition to manufacturing quality, the influencing factors mainly depend on the diesel engine working conditions and the operator's use level. After many years of practice, the main measures for extending the life of a diesel engine are summarized as follows: Avoid using the accelerator during use. Sudden changes to the load and rotation speed cause the oil pressure to not change in time. The oil film between the cylinder wall and the piston and between the crankshaft journal and the bearing becomes thin, thereby deteriorating the lubrication conditions and increasing wear. 2. The optimal cooling water temperature range should be maintained at 80~90oC. Cooling water temperature is too high or too low will accelerate the wear of the cylinder piston group parts, the temperature is too high, so that the piston coke increase, the oil viscosity decreases, the lubrication conditions deteriorate, accelerate the wear; the temperature is too low, the viscosity of the oil increases to make gas water Condensation of steam in case of condensation, dilution of the oil film, damage to the lubricant layer, thereby accentuating the wear of the components of the gas piston group. In addition, when the locomotive starts at a low temperature, it should do warm-up work before cold start. 3. It is necessary to regularly perform maintenance work on the filter. Agricultural machinery has poor working conditions. If the filter has poor filtering effect, a large amount of dust will enter the cylinder and the cleanliness of the fuel will be reduced, which will increase the wear of the main engine parts. 4. Timely oil change. The oil should be selected with the appropriate viscosity and quality grade, and it should be replaced as the seasons alternate. Oils are interchangeable at the same viscosity and quality level, but they cannot be mixed. How to determine whether the oil needs to be replaced: (1) Oil trace test method: Use an oil dipstick to remove the oil sample from the diesel engine and place it on the filter paper to observe the traces of the oil. If the boundary between the black spots in the middle and the surrounding yellow oil is not very clear, but gradually spread, it means that the additives in the engine oil have not been exhausted and the engine oil can still be used. Otherwise, the oil must be replaced. (2) Moisture sonic test method: In the container made of glass tube or thin iron, a small amount of mixed old engine oil is loaded, and the bottom is burned with a fire or a candle, and a “click†noise is heard, indicating that the oil in the engine oil has exceeded 0.2. % If there is a lot of water, buddha occurs, or it settles on the bottom after placement and the oil must be replaced.
