How to keep the disabled irrigation equipment
After the drainage equipment has been disabled, if it is poorly maintained and managed, it is easily damaged by rust and cannot be used. Therefore, after the drainage equipment is deactivated, it must be properly maintained and managed.
1. After the diesel engine is decommissioned, perform a thorough inspection and repair of each site to keep it in good condition and then apply the lubricant. For parts of the body that are stripped of paint, paint should be re-painted to prevent rust. After checking and repairing, it should be elevated in the room and stored off the floor.
2. The motor used in the well shall be dismantled from the well and used for inspection and maintenance in the room after decommissioning. First wipe the dirt on the shell, and then carefully check the maintenance of the movement, and then storage. Motors and starters should be protected against dust, moisture, and rain. After packing, store it in a safe place.
3. Centrifugal pumps should be used to withdraw the pumps and hoses from the machine wells. After putting clean water, check the wear of the pump impeller, bearings, cups, etc., and replace worn parts. The bearings should be cleaned with gasoline, greased with butter, and well-assembled. The rust on the iron valves of the bottom valves and elbows of the pumps should be brushed clean with a wire brush, and painted in a dry warehouse. Store off the ground.
4. After the deep well pump is deactivated, it should be started once every 7-10 days. The time is generally about 30 minutes to prevent rust in the rotating parts. If the decommissioning takes a long time, the pump must be taken out of the well and put into storage after inspection.
5. After all kinds of pipes are deactivated, they must put the water out. Iron pipes should be painted; glue pipes should not be in contact with gasoline; plastic pipes should also be washed and placed in a dry warehouse for proper storage.
