In recent years, in order to adjust the structure of fishery products, promote the development of famous fisheries, and improve the economic benefits of breeding, we conducted a factory aquaculture experiment at the Shengneng Group farm in Linyi City, Shandong Province, and gained some experience and lessons. The technique is summarized as follows:
First, the site conditions test pool for the cultivation of tilapia 10 ponds, pond size is 20m long, 5m wide, 1m high, east-west direction. The fish pond is equipped with 2 axial flow pumps with a water capacity of 80m3/h.
Test water is groundwater and power plant hot water, the water quality meets the breeding requirements, the transparency is more than 30cm, the dissolved oxygen is 4mg/L, the pH is about 7-8, the water temperature is controlled at about 23°C, the water depth is about 1.5m, and the water flow rate Keep 0.1m/s.
Second, seed stocking
On July 10, 2001, 70,000 oysters were introduced from Jiangsu. The seedlings were of neat specifications, ingested vigorously, and had strong activity and no injuries. Three to five days before stocking, the inner mud wall of the fish pond was washed off with a brush and then disinfected with a potassium permanganate concentration of 10 ppm. Two to three days before stocking, first half pool water is injected, and two 135kW aerators are equipped.
Fish fry are stocked in temporary holding pool before stocking. The water temperature requires about 23°C, the temperature difference does not exceed 1°C, and the fry can be moved to the rearing pond after 4 hours of adaptation. When the stocks were stocked, the stocking density of the seedlings with an average body length of 10 cm and an average body weight of 5 g was 50 fish/m2. Freshly-stocked fry were first baited with live leeches, and then sprinkled on a little artificial feed to continue feeding for one week. According to the feeding and activities of the fry, the fry without incomplete re-entry or re-entry was given special care. The protein content of compound feed is 35% to 50%, carbohydrate is 30% to 40%, fat, vitamin and mineral are 5% to 10%.
Third, the feeding of Astragalus temperament docile, hi in the underwater activities, poor food intake. Feeding adopts the principle of "four sets" and "less amount of time," and it is based on the weather, water temperature, and the fish's feeding and activities. It is generally appropriate for fish to eat seven or eight minutes, and the amount of feed is fish. Body weight 3% to 5%. Due to the fear of strong light stimulation, the squid feeds its peak every night or morning, and casts less in the morning, noon, and afternoon. The specific feeding time is: 7-8 p.m., 4-6 p.m., 9 am Points, 13 o'clock noon and 16 o'clock in the afternoon.
Fourth, day-to-day management patrol pond, write a management log. Observe the fish’s feeding conditions, activities, and changes in the water quality of the fish ponds. Check for diseased fish, find out that the diseased fish and injured fish are removed in time, and take appropriate treatment measures. Under normal conditions, squid swims on the bottom of the pool. When the water body is deprived of oxygen or when the fish is sick, the squid swims to the upper layer of the water body and shows signs of instability. In this case, transparency, water temperature and dissolved oxygen should be detected in time. Check that the fish is sick. At the same time, in order to avoid direct sunlight in the summer, shade nets need to be set above the fish ponds;
V. Sewage discharge During the breeding process, the carp has more residual bait and feces. To keep the water fresh and make the carp have a good living environment, the cleanliness and drainage of fish ponds should be strengthened. The specific operation is: In the downstream of each fish pond, use a fiber net to form a small sedimentation tank, separate the squid from the small sedimentation tank, and keep the water body in the sedimentation tank relatively stable. Each morning, the drainage hole in the sedimentation tank is opened, and the sweeper rod is used to stir the sediment in the sedimentation tank together with the water, and the surface float is removed with a small net.
Six, discussion and summary
1. Industrialized farmed squid has a short breeding cycle and high efficiency. The water discharged from fish farming can also be used for breeding other fish, which improves the efficiency of integrated breeding. However, the risk of breeding is high, and the technology is high compared with other breeds cultivated, so it is necessary to strengthen the Technical worker training.
2. The squid has a docile personality, weak activity, and no competition for food. It must be noted that the principle of “less quantity and more” is used when feeding the feed, and the amount of feeding is adjusted at any time according to the fish’s eating condition.
3. The quality of seedlings and the degree of domestication are the key to the success of farmed salmon.
