The diesel engine consists of nearly 100 parts. After the diesel engine parts are disassembled, they should be placed in order and numbered, and then the parts should be carefully cleaned and identified. For parts that do not require repair or replacement, they must be reassembled in place. If the disassembled parts are stacked together in disorder, the normal working performance of the diesel engine will be destroyed after reassembly. So what parts of the diesel engine must be assembled in situ? The mating parts of the plunger pair, oil valve, and injector are very precise. For example, the clearance gap between the Injection pump plunger and the plunger sleeve is only 0.001-0.003 mm, and they are strictly matched so that they cannot be exchanged with each other. Otherwise, it is not because the gap is too small and stuck, because the gap is too large and loses its working performance. 2. After the pistons, piston rings and cylinder liners were worn out, a good fit clearance was obtained between the three, so during the disassembly process, the three could not be exchanged with each other. If new parts need to be replaced, they should be replaced in sets. It is not advisable to replace the piston without replacing the cylinder liner, or to replace only the cylinder liner without replacing the piston. 3. Bearing pads and crankshaft journals In order to keep the bearing clearance constant, the bearing bushes originally fitted on the crankshafts of the crankshaft must be replaced after dismantling. Not only that, but also the upper and lower tiles cannot be exchanged. 4. Valve lock clip and valve stem This is because the valve lock clip, the valve stem and the valve spring seat are only actively connected together by a small taper fit. If they are exchanged between each other, once the parts wear unevenly or the taper is inconsistent, the valve is likely to become loose and the valve will fall into the cylinder, causing a major mechanical accident. 5. Valve push rod and follower post If one putter is paired with another follower post, the wear of each putter ball head and follower post ball socket is not exactly the same, so the putter sometimes falls on the ball socket. In the depths of the ball, it sometimes falls in the shallow side of the ball socket, causing the adjusted valve clearance to change and even causing the valve to hit the piston. At the same time, the less powerful rocking buttocks are inevitably broken. Therefore, after these two parts are removed from the body, they must be marked and stored, and the original position must be kept unchanged during reassembly. 6. After the sealing gasket is installed between the two parts planes, the sealing gasket is pressed against the microscopic unevenness on the surface of the machine to provide a sealing effect. Therefore, every time you reload, you should keep the sealing surface of the seal and the mechanical part as constant as possible so as to effectively prevent leakage. If this is not possible, new gaskets should be replaced and should not be reused.
