ROBO Medical Robotics Institute hired Professor Nelson as a technical consultant
Recently, Professor Bradley Nelson, member of the Research Foundation of the Swiss National Science Foundation and director of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, visited the ROBO Medical Robot Research and presented his research results in the field of micro-nano robotics. With a view to potential cooperation between the two parties.

Professor Nelson's research focuses on micro-robots, nano-robots, and the integration of MEMS and biomedical engineering; he has achieved many achievements in the development of micro-nano force sensors and bacterial bionic drivers. Nelson also mentioned in his report that its application in the transformation of research results industry, including cardiac treatment magnetic field navigation robots and automatic cataracts for eye cataracts.

The ROBO Medical Robot Research Institute also introduced Professor Nelson's research results in the fields of ultrasonic robots, surgical robots, and rehabilitation robots. Subsequently, the two sides exchanged and questioned their own interests, and specialized in CAD-SR (Center of Automation and Deep Learning of Surgical Robotics) across many world-renowned laboratories and clinical hospitals in China, the United States and Europe. The research center project was discussed.
Finally, accompanied by the relevant personnel of the institute, Professor Nelson went to the National Gene Bank to visit and watched the first remote ultrasonic testing robot prototype from Asia presented to the National Gene Bank. Professor Nelson's visit has brought a lot of new ideas and inspiration to the construction of the CAD-SR Research Center. He also looks forward to further exchanges and cooperation with the ROBO Medical Robot Research Institute.
