According to the statistics of Qingdao Customs, the export value of Shandong's port agricultural products in 2010 was 13.95 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 31.3% over the previous year (the same below).

(3) Foreign-invested enterprises and private enterprises mainly export. In 2010, foreign-invested enterprises exported 6.67 billion U.S. dollars of agricultural products, an increase of 23.1%, accounting for 47.9% of the total export value of Shandong's agricultural products during the same period; private enterprises exported 5.83 billion U.S. dollars, up 47.3%, accounting for 41.8%; and state-owned enterprises exported 790 million U.S. dollars. 3.5%; collective enterprises exported 640 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 36.2%.
(4) Japan, the European Union, and ASEAN are the major export markets. In 2010, Shandong Port exported agricultural products of 3.53 billion, 2.43 billion and 1.93 billion U.S. dollars to Japan, the European Union, and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, respectively, an increase of 24%, 18.6%, and 52.6%, respectively. The export value of the three countries accounted for 56.5% of the total export value of agricultural products of Shandong ports in the same period. . (5) Vegetable exports soared, exports of aquatic products and fresh and dried fruits and nuts have shown good growth.
