Simple apple dry production

Raw material formula: 1 kg apple, 1.5 liters cold water, 1 g sodium bisulfite.

Production methods: 1. Wash the apple, cut into pieces and dig the core. 2. Take 1 g of sodium bisulfite in 500 ml of cold water to make a solution. Soak apples for 30 to 40 minutes and then rinse with clean water. 3. Put the apple slices into the pot, add 1000 ml of cold water, boil over the fire for 5 minutes, remove them quickly, and put them in cold water to cool. 4. Remove the apple slices, drain them on a bamboo tray, dry them in the air.
