1. Straw processing. The straw is pulverized, sprayed with water and wetted, and piled into a round pile with a diameter of 1 m to 1.8 m. The membrane is fermented for 4 days to 6 days. The fermented wheat straw should have a water content of about 70% and a pH of about 8.

2. Selection of cultivation. The ground should be kept out of direct sunlight. Before the inoculation, make a wooden mold frame of 70 cm * 20 cm * 35 cm. First, lay a layer of fermented wheat straw powder in the frame. After stepping on the whole, spread a circle of edible fungus and bran. Then, Spread a layer of grass powder, then spread the bacteria and bran. A total of 4 layers are laid, and 3 layers of bacteria and bran are sprinkled. The amount should be guaranteed to be breathable. Generally, each medium is used with 5 kg-7.5 kg of wheat straw powder, 0.25 kg-0.38 kg of edible fungus strain and bran, and finally covered with a plastic film.

3. Inoculation culture. Temperature, humidity and venting requirements are met during mycelial growth. The temperature should be controlled at about 35 °C, and the summer temperature should be over 40 °C. The water content of the medium should be controlled at 70%, and generally no water spray is needed to avoid contamination by bacteria.

4. After harvesting, the fruiting bodies of the young mushrooms can be harvested after they have grown up. Generally, 3茬-4茬 edible fungi can be collected, and the medium can be used as a high-quality organic fertilizer to return to the farmland.
