The hearing aid that you may have never noticed is getting better and better.

Thanks to digital technology drivers, some innovations in the field of hearing aids are taking place in terms of shrinking size and creative design.

Designed by Mads Hindhede, this hearing aid called BabelFisk is not a traditional hearing aid because it does not have a sound amplifier, but instead converts the sound to text to achieve the “hearing aid” function. It has a voice recognition system inside, and there are two micro-software for determining the sound position. BabelFisk collects sound from the surrounding environment and recognizes it, and then uses its internal computer system to quickly convert the sound into text that appears on the lens. In addition, BabelFisk is a retro style in the design, it is quite simple and beautiful.

This hearing aid, called El-Egance, has a shiny shape like a jewel. Such a set of silver hearing aids consists of a box that can be used for charging and display, a pair of 2 cm long sound amplifiers like earrings, and a pair of "rings" that can be rotated to adjust the volume and switch. Its designer is Ryan Kirkpatrick, who said, "This hearing aid can make people who use it more elegant."

If there is no proper ventilation, greenhouses and their growing plants can become prone to problems. The main purposes of ventilation are to regulate the temperature and humidity to the optimal level, and to ensure movement of air and thus prevent build-up of plant pathogens (such as Botrytis cinerea) that prefer still air conditions. Ventilation also ensures a supply of fresh air for photosynthesis and plant respiration, and may enable important pollinators to access the greenhouse crop.
