When apple is most suitable for bagging
A: Different kinds of apples have different bagging times. Yellow-green varieties are generally bagged 10 to 15 days after flowering; early-maturing red varieties are generally bagged after about 30 days after flowering; late-maturing red varieties should be bagged 35 to 40 days after flowering. Prematurely bagging, although the fruit surface is brighter when harvested, but due to the delicate young fruit stems, the phenomenon of bagging phenomenon occurs in windy weather; too late bagging, apple fruit surface is rough when harvested. Two days prior to bagging, a bactericidal insecticide should be sprayed.
