The all-encompassing subsoiler adopts a V-shaped frame structure and consists of a main beam, an auxiliary beam, a left and right side knife, a horizontal knife, a depth limiting wheel, and a bracket.

When installing, first install a deep loose knife. Then install the support frame. Finally, limit depth wheels are installed at both ends of the main beam. When connecting with the tractor, first install the "pull-up rod" and then install the "left and right rods" to make a three-point suspension connection.
After hooking up, use the hydraulic mechanism of the tractor to lift the loosening machine slightly, leave the ground, and adjust the left and right support bars to the transport position. Adjust the machine to the highest position. After confirming that the shovel tip has reached the maximum clearance from the ground, it can be driven by the gear. All-around deep-separation machine has large traction resistance, and it is generally required to be matched with a tractor with higher power.
Adjustment
Before the unit enters the operation, the submersible machine should be adjusted to the correct working condition.
1, level adjustment
In order to keep the horizontal beams of the rack, the cutting depths of the two sides of the knife are equal. Adjust the length of the suspenders left and right of the suspension mechanism to eliminate the non-level phenomenon.
2, into the soil angle adjustment
In order to keep the horizontal knife at a reasonable angle, the length of the "pull-up rod" of the suspension mechanism can be adjusted. When the deep loose part reaches a reasonable working angle, the mark on the right side of the machine beam should correspond to the arrow.
3, the direction of adjustment
In order to make the direction of travel of the subsoiler coincide with the direction of the tractor's advancement, the tie rods on both sides of the three-point suspension mechanism should be adjusted so that the crossbeam maintains a right angle with the forward direction.
4, the depth of adjustment into the soil
For general soil, for the purpose of enhancing soil water retention and security, 30-45 cm soil depth can be selected according to the condition of the bottom of the plough. Adjust, according to different holes, change the installation position of the limit depth wheel. Note that the depth limit wheels on both sides should be at the same height. In northern corn growing areas, in order to reduce the number of tractors entering the ground, a deep-swirling, rotary-tillage jointing machine is often used. The combined operation machine can simultaneously perform two operations of shallow rotation and soil loosening. This machine is connected to the tractor's output shaft via a drive shaft. When connecting, install the universal joint and install the safety pin. Secure another universal joint on the tractor. Raise the lower suspension of the tractor to the same height as the deeper suspension pin. Connect the drive shaft when reversing. Note that the openings of the joints at both ends of the joint should be in the same plane. The length of the drive shaft must match the model of the tractor to ensure that the shaft and the sleeve are neither top dead nor enough mating lengths when the deep lifter is lifted. Adjust the horizontal tie rods on both sides of the tractor to keep the joint work machine level; adjust the tractor pull-down lever to keep the joint work machine in the correct direction of travel; adjust the position of the depth limiter wheel and the deep loose shovel so that the working depth meets the agronomical requirements.
