The precision of the high-precision thickness gauge CHY-U produced by our company can reach 0.1 μ m , and it is the rare high-precision product in China through the authority verification of Jinan local metrology inspection institute. The thickness gauge can be used to measure soft materials such as 0-2mm film or paper, and adopts high-precision imported sensor to ensure the stability of accuracy.
