(4) Low-temperature pasteurization line is low temperature, check whether the ice water inlet and outlet butterfly valve is closed;
(5) When the conductivity meter of the pasteurization pipeline cleaning circuit does not change for a long time, all valves immediately check the action (especially whether the manual valve is opened);
(6) Whether the cooling water is turned on during the cleaning of the pasteurization line homogenizer; when cleaning the single-effect film reducer, the liquid level check of the separation chamber, the evaporation chamber and the condensation tower is below the eyepiece, if the outlet pressure is not adjusted, The liquid level is below the eyepiece.
