3. The feeding port protection is not strict. It is because of the turbidity caused by the leakage of the plate frame filter press at the inlet. If it is found that the problem is caused by the poor protection of the inlet, it is necessary to check the inlet flange and gasket in time. Connection situation. If abnormal conditions such as damage are found, the relevant parts should be replaced in time, cleaned up, then the gasket is tightened and the feed port is tightened, and then the turbidity of the filtrate is not changed.
4. The filter cloth of the plate and frame filter press is opened at the seam. If the problem caused by the opening of the filter cloth is found, remove the filter cloth and re-sewn.
The filter cloth selection of the plate and frame filter press must meet the filtration technical requirements of the filtrate. The new filter cloth should be shrunk before installation. The diameter of the opening should be smaller than the diameter of the filter plate. When the filter plate is matched, the hole and the plate hole should be relatively concentric.
