1. To prevent contamination of the instrument by radioisotopes, first observe the sample tube for cracks or trachoma, so as to avoid liquid leakage during centrifugation; secondly, the plastic tube placed in the centrifuge cup should be light. Prevent liquid spillage: If the liquid enters the centrifuge cup and causes contamination in the centrifuge chamber, the centrifuge cup should be taken out immediately, rinsed repeatedly with tap water and dried, and the centrifuge chamber should be thoroughly cleaned.

2. Stable centrifuges that maintain the environment inside and outside the centrifuge should be placed horizontally, 10 cm above the wall, and maintain a good ventilation environment, protected from direct exposure by heat and sunlight. Room temperature should not exceed 3O °C. Otherwise it will affect the cooling effect. When the external humidity is large, the moisture in the centrifuge chamber volatilizes slowly. At this time, it should be removed in time to prevent the instrument from rusting. When centrifuging the sample tube just removed from the water temperature tank, always observe whether there is any water in the centrifuge cup and pour it in time to keep the balance of the centrifuge cup dry and centrifuged.

3. To prevent the seal ring from aging, the rubber seal ring is arranged at the upper part of the inner cavity of the centrifuge and the door. When the use time is extended, the deformation should be observed frequently to prevent the external heat from infiltrating, which makes the refrigeration effect poor and affects the test result.

4. Set the temperature correctly. When setting the temperature, the upper limit set value must be greater than the lower limit set temperature value, otherwise the lower limit set temperature will be 2 °C lower than the upper limit set temperature.

5 Set the speed/RCF correctly. The machine program is set to run with the speed as the main parameter and the speed indicator lights. When the machine needs to know how much centrifugal force is in operation, press the set button and the centrifugal force indicator lights up. At this time, the speed display window shows the relative centrifugal force. If the user only knows how much centrifugal force parameter is needed for the separated test solution, and does not know how high the rotational speed is, the centrifugal machine can set the centrifugal force as the main parameter. The setting method is as follows: Click the setting button to make the digital window of the speed window blink; the centrifugal force indicator lights. The centrifugal force parameters are fed in. By default, the start button is pressed and the machine will operate according to the centrifugal force parameters. In operation, you need to know how much speed is at that time. Click the setting button. When the speed indicator is on, the displayed data is the relative speed. Press the approval button to resume the display of the centrifugal force.

maintain:
1. Regular maintenance. As with other medical instrument maintenance, in addition to the routine inspection and maintenance of the circuit, electronic circuit and mechanical rotating parts, and pay attention to the various indicators for damage and aging.

2. Keep the centrifugal cup symmetrically balanced. Although the centrifuge has a secondary damping device, such as the sample tube placed in the centrifugal chamber is unbalanced, it will cause the centrifuge to shift. After the shutdown is reset, it is necessary to carefully check whether the instrument is normal.

3. Centrifuge cover bolts should be checked frequently to keep them flexible and prevent forced opening or closing. When there is contact failure, repair and replace it in time. For common faults, it is necessary to strengthen the attention and observe in time.

4 Do the registration work of the centrifuge and the working time of each working time, record the original fault of the instrument and the method of elimination in time to ensure that the instrument works in the best condition.
