Vitamin E and C help smokers fight lung cancer

Scientists at the University of Oregon recently discovered that the vitamin C contained in vegetables can ensure that the vitamin E content in the human body is maintained at a normal level, while vitamin E is one of the important components to protect the lungs from harmful substances in cigarettes.
Research conducted by scientists specifically directed at smokers shows that vitamin E plays a crucial role in protecting the lung from free radical damage in cigarettes. The researchers found that vitamin E can also be converted into a toxin in the body under the action of nicotine. With sufficient dimensions, the vitamin E that has already been poisoned in the human body can quickly return to its normal state. However, if the dimension C is missing, the phenomenon that the dimension E is restored to a normal state will not occur.
Studies have shown that vitamins C and E only work together to protect the lungs of smokers against poisons. Segregating vitamins C and E does not produce this protective effect.
