Fresh chlorophyll dyed plastic
Most of the green foods contain a large amount of chlorophyll, and this pigment undergoes a photo-oxidation reaction under the irradiation of light, which decomposes the energy in the food and causes the food to rot. In order to extend the shelf life of food, traditional packaging materials are either opaque packaging materials or plastic wrapped and vacuum treated to insulate food from oxygen. The former cannot make customers intuitively select, while the latter is more complicated and relatively expensive. German scientists have recently invented a plastic film that has been "stained" by chlorophyll, which prevents the oxidation of light and chlorophyll in green foods, causing food to rot, thus greatly extending the preservation time of green food. The new method is not only simple but also inexpensive.

This kit is used for in vitro qualitative nucleic acid detection of Monkeypox Virus in Human serum, lesion exudate samples and scab specimens. Primer sets and FAM labeled probes are designed for specific detection of Monkeypox Virus, Human RNase P gene extracted concurrently with the test sample provides an internal control to validate nucleic extraction procedure and reagent integrity. Probe targeting human RNase P gene is labeled with VIC.
