Turtle greenhouse environmental control facilities setting
1. Setting of space environment control facilities
1.1 insulation facilities. Insulation facilities are mainly shed roofs. Currently, the most reasonable and economical shed covers are the first layer of plastic film on the steel frame, the second layer is made of two foam plates with thickness of 2cm above and below, and the third layer is made of tar paper. The outer seal, in order to prevent the wind from scraping off the roof, is finally covered with a big eye net outside the linoleum paper. This kind of shed cover is not only warm but also strong, generally available for 4 to 6 years.
1.2 Temperature increase facilities. When the space temperature does not reach the breeding requirements, it must be solved by artificial warming. At present, there are many facilities for heating greenhouses, such as wood chip furnaces, coal ball furnaces, rice husk furnaces, and steam boilers. The wood chip furnace and rice husk are located in the middle of the aisles and are located in the middle of the aisle. They are distributed on both sides of the aisle. Generally, there are six per 500 m 2 : The briquette furnace is located along the aisle. Generally, there are 10 planes per 500 m2. If a steam boiler is used for heating, the boiler is set up outside and steam pipes are used to send heat to the room. Generally, a 0.3 T boiler is used for every 1,000 square meters.
1.3 ventilation facilities. In order to effectively remove indoor harmful gases, ventilation facilities in the greenhouse are essential. Ventilation facilities can be located on the top of the wall on both sides of the greenhouse. Generally, if the length of the greenhouse does not exceed 40m, a 5050cm ventilation window can be opened at both ends of the wall. If the length of the greenhouse exceeds 40 m, a powered exhaust fan must be pressed on the louver to allow power platooning if necessary.
1.4 Thermometer. Mastering room temperature changes is the basis for room temperature regulation. Therefore, the setting position of the thermometer is the key to accurately grasp the room temperature that is conducive to the cultured water environment. The space in the space is the buffer zone of the space environment, and the bottom of the middle zone is the convergence zone of the bottom stability zone. We have found that when the temperature value changes greatly, there is a corresponding change in the eating and eating activities of the turtle. Changes in the central and upper areas have reduced the impact of turtles in the pool as the area has increased. It can be seen that the bottom of the Central District is the most reasonable place for the room temperature meter, and the location is generally 25 to 30cm above the water surface.
1.5 lights. Supplemental lighting is mainly for closed greenhouses that have no light throughout the year. Some farmers report that turning on the lights in a closed greenhouse can affect turtle eating and it is relatively easy to get sick. This is a fact, but the cause of this situation is mainly due to improper selection and setting of lamps. We have found in practice that the use of incandescent lamps that can produce shadows, too long lamp distances, and irregular opening can cause such phenomena. Therefore, when setting up lights, it is best to use energy-saving shadowless fluorescent lamps with a lamp distance of 10m. If the opening time is regularly controlled, the above-mentioned adverse effects can not only disappear, but can improve the ecological environment of the water body.
2. Establishment of greenhouse aquatic environment control facilities The setting function of greenhouse aquatic environment control facilities directly affects the aquaculture effect. Due to the relatively large number of facilities in the pool and their independent functions and mutual cooperation, their placement should be more scientific.
2.1 inflatable facilities. The inflating facilities of the turtle ponds in greenhouses are used to blow water through pipelines and sand filter stones into the water in greenhouses through outdoor blowers to promote water movement. It has three functions. One is to increase the specific surface area of the water by generating waves through the movement of water, and to exchange the molecular oxygen (O2) in the air through the movement of the water to dissolve into the elemental oxygen (DO); the second is to accumulate water in the water. The harmful gases spilled out of the body of water into the space; the third is to put the bottom of the organic dirt into a suspension, easy to suck out the sewage suction facilities, its overall purpose is to improve the aquatic environment. And its effect on improving the water environment depends on the vertical exchange of water waves on the surface of the moving water body. At present, there are three kinds of errors in the placement of inflatable sand filter stones. One is to place the sand filter stones in the cover nets of the pool, and the cover nets cover the waves, greatly affecting the effective movement of the water body: the second is in the pool. Put a lot of sand filter stone, turn the originally large airflow into a small airflow, which greatly reduces the effect of water movement; Third, suspend the sand filter stone in the midair, so that the harmful gas in the bottom of the pool cannot be spilled. The water surface, of course, also affects the vertical exchange of water and thus affects the effect of improving the water environment. We have experimented with using a large sand filter stone for every 10 square meters, placing it in the pool without any facilities space and sinking. The effect of improving the water environment is very obvious. Therefore, it is best to aerate the sand filter to place it in front of the feed table.
2.2.2 Sewage facilities. Sewage discharge is to effectively discharge the formed organic sewage suspended in the water body through the sewage discharge facility to the outside of the pool to reduce the concentration of harmful water body substances in the water body, so that the water quality can be stabilized in a state conducive to healthy culture, and at the same time, the number of water exchanges can be reduced or even reduced. Do not change the water, thereby greatly reducing the cost of farming. Therefore, in the greenhouse production of turtle turtles can almost replace the previous replacement of water. There are many types of sewerage facilities. The sewer suction device designed by the author is designed to make the suspended matter flowing in the water body into the static environment of the hood with the movement of water, so that the dirt is precipitated in the basin and then discharged through the drainage pipe. Outside the pool. This is a sewage discharge device that is currently widely used in the country and is usually located in the outlet or pool corner of the pool.
2.2.3 Add water facilities. Water-adding pipes are generally installed on the inner walls of the pool walls on both sides of the aisle, and a discharge valve is installed at each pool corner. The principle of adding water pipes is economical, practical and convenient.
2.2.4 Inhabitation net cover. Due to the absence of overwintering problems in breeding turtles in industrial greenhouses, no sand farming has become a consensus. However, in the high-density culture mode, turtles do not set habitat in the pool, which is the main factor causing some diseases. In order to solve this problem, relevant scholars use non-perishable polyethylene net-free nets suspended in the pool water as turtles. The habitat was successful. However, after several years of practice, it has been found that there are several problems in the current layout of the net cover: First, the net cover arrangement is too small, and seedling stocking densities are too high. In some markets, only a few net cages are arranged in the pool, and the stocking density is several times that of conventional ones. The seedlings crowded in a small number of net cages refused to come out, resulting in scratching each other or not eating for a long time. It is shallow and shallow. Generally, the net cover floats with water in a certain depth of water, and the bottom of the net cover is opened in an umbrella shape. However, when the net cover is very low and the water level is very shallow (such as below 25cm), the seedlings will instinctively squeeze the top of the net after drilling, and when the weight of the net cover reaches a certain level, the cover will be tightened. And drooping down to the bottom of the pool, so that the net cover that should be open in the water becomes a sealed dead bag because of tightening and hanging bottom. The seedlings are unable to come out to eat for a long time in the bag and die of thin death; The mesh is too small. After a long time in the pool, dirt or biofilm will cause the mesh to stick. If the mesh is not washed regularly, the seedlings that are drilled will suffocate due to lack of oxygen. In the above accidents, seedlings were often grown in the stage of 3 to 30 g. Fourth, the wire was too thin. When the sturgeon grew to more than 250 g, it was heavier in individual specifications. . Because the capillaries are more developed in the capillaries, they are mostly bad claws. Once infected, they are very difficult to cure. Fifth, there are too many net shields, some are even full of pools, and there is not much space on the surface of the water. It is more convenient, but it has a great impact on the eating of turtle turtles to the food table, especially at the seedling stage. It also affects aeration and sewerage because many of the dirt is almost condensing in the grille.
The correct setting method is: turtle seedlings within the specifications within 30g without a net cover, to 30g specifications after the division of nutrition can be set off from the feed table 2m, this will not only save material but also conducive to turtle eating and sewage. In some places, the method of strips is used, that is, it is divided into 2 to 3 squares from the inside to the outside, leaving space between the ripples, and the space is not less than 50 cm wide. The net enclosures in the enclosures require close to no space, and each grid enclosure has no less than 6 to 8 bars to facilitate the formation of a certain area for habitat. The space left is required to pass through the food table so that the seedlings can eat at the food table. In addition, when the net cover requires the bottom of the bag to be more than 15cm away from the bottom of the pool, it is better to use the eighth-gauge wire with strong pulling force instead of the poor-strength plastic rope for the hanging net cover, and the net mesh requirement is not less than 0.5cm.
2.2.5 feed station. For feedstuffs in industrialized greenhouses, since feeds are all pelleted, high-quality cement tiles with gutters are generally used (without the use of glass wool asbestos tiles), but care should be taken when setting them up. Should be based on the specifications of turtle turtles. General specifications in the 3 ~ 50g from the water surface 3cm; 50 ~ 100g when the water from the surface 5cm; 100 ~ 250g should be 8cm away from the surface of the water: more than 250g, 10cm away from the water surface, this will not only conducive to feeding but also conducive to quail habitat, more beneficial breeding Observe the eating situation. The feed table is generally set in the pool under the aisle. The entire inner edge is equipped with a feed table on the outside of the sewage suction device.
Reishi Mushroom
Reishi Mushroom, also known as Ganoderma or Lingzhi, is a polypore mushroom that grows on wood in dark and moist environment. It usually consist of a rounded and soft mushroom cap and a long stem. The Ganoderma genus includes about 80 species. Among them, Ganoderma Lucidum, or red Reishi, is the most studied and used species.
Ganoderma and its extensive use has been
documented in many traditional Chinese medical literature for more than a
thousand years due to the health benefits it has. In ancient China, because
wild Ganoderma was very difficult to find, it was only served to the emperors. Therefore,
it was also called [The Magic Herb". Nowadays, thanks to the development of
modern cultivation and processing techniques, Ganoderma has become more available
and more affordable to people. Many scientific researches have also been done
on the potential health benefits of Reishi Mushroom.
Studies have shown that Reishi Mushroom has multiple health benefits. It is effective in enhancing overall immunity, protecting the liver, and improving sleep quality. The main two active compounds are called Ganoderma polysaccharides and triterpenes. Ganoderma polysaccharides can activate human`s immune system, increasing the activity and number of immune cells. Triterpenes, on the other hand, can fight directly against pathogens and abnormal cells such as tumor cells. Therefore, Reishi Mushrooms is also good for assisting cancer treatment.
Most people may think that wild Reishi Mushrooms are better than cultivated ones while in fact that is not the case. Since Reishi Mushrooms are a type of fungi, they acquire their food by absorbing dissolved molecules. Therefore, they are very likely to absorb pollutants into their tissues, including heavy metals such as mercury. That is also why many countries use mushrooms to clean up waterways and soil. However, since it is impossible to control and screen the source of every mushroom we collect, wild Reishi Mushrooms are very likely to have contaminants inside. Also, Reishi Mushrooms use their spores to spread and reproduce. As it reaches maturation phase, the spores will shoot out from tiny tubes underneath the cap. The spore powder is also where most of the nutrients of Reishi Mushroom are stored. In the wild, we cannot keep monitoring every growth stage of Reishi Mushroom, so most of the time the Reishi Mushrooms we collect do not have much spores left, which means they have much less nutritious value. Besides, there are other factors that may affect the quality of Reishi Mushrooms such as sunlight, humidity, parasites etc. GANOHERB on the other hand, has been focusing on growing Reishi Mushroom for 29 years. It has multiple self-built Ganoderma farms and therefore is able to control and monitor every step that may affect the quality of Reishi Mushroom, delivering the Reishi Mushroom with highest quality and safety. We strictly controls every single step of the cultivation process to ensure each step is ideal for the growth of Reishi Mushroom. GanoHerb has acquired 4 organic certifications from the EU, the US, Japan, and China. Our goal is to let the world share the traditional Chinese treasure.
