Inner Mongolia standardized maternal emergency referral network
The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has recently formulated a network management specification for maternal and newborn emergency referral networks, and established a leading group for maternal and child safety in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The autonomous region requires that the midwifery agency recognizes that high-risk maternal women exceed their own rescue conditions and capabilities, or that there are stagnation or dystocia in the labor process, and should be transferred to the high-risk maternal level-by-level referral flow chart. The Maternal Rescue Center will be responsible for the treatment and report the relevant situation to the maternal and child safety leading group. When transferring high-risk pregnant women with unstable conditions, medical personnel with first-aid ability and experience should be selected for escort. The medical staff who are escorting should prepare detailed medical summary and corresponding auxiliary examination results, and the pregnant women who are referred for referral. The rescue center communicates in a timely manner. If the high-risk maternal situation is critically inconvenient or transferred to the superior technical support at the time, follow the principle of reporting while rescue, and the maternal and child safety leading group will coordinate and arrange, and organize the members of the first-aid expert group to participate in the scene and guide the rescue.
This year, the autonomous region will establish two to three critical maternal and neonatal care centers. In view of the fact that Inner Mongolia is sparsely populated and has a large span of east and west, in order to shorten the referral time, the autonomous region requires each of the cities to identify one or two elite-level maternal and critically ill newborn care centers, flags, counties, cities, The district should at least identify one health care institution as a flag county-level critical maternal and critically ill newborn treatment center. It is necessary to establish a two-way collaborative relationship between critical care centers at all levels, such as maternal and neonatal consultation, referral, and technical guidance. The referral treatment network should cover all midwifery institutions.
