The tension of the tensioning belt is adjusted by the tensioning wheel. If the belt is too tight, the belt will be worn too much. If the belt is too loose, slipping is easy to occur and the triangle belt is seriously worn or even burned. The tension of the V-belt should be checked during use and adjusted at any time.

Replacement of the V-belt should be promptly replaced. If multiple V-belts are used together, if one or part of the V-belt is effective, the other should be replaced at the same time. The old and new belts cannot be used together.

After washing the V-belt stained with grease, oil, grease, etc., it is easy to produce slip, and to accelerate the damage of the V-belts, it should be cleaned with gasoline in time, or it can be cleaned with alkaline water and other cleaning agents.

The working temperature of the V-belt is generally not to exceed 60 degrees. The inspection method is: immediately after the job is stopped, immediately touch the V-belt by hand. If the hand stays on it for 1 minute without feeling hot, the temperature is not high. If you are too hot to park for one minute, it means that the temperature is too high. You should find out the reason and eliminate it in time.

The belt pulley may have deformation, cracking, bearing wear or looseness of the key, wear of the peripheral hole, etc. during belt pulley replacement. The relevant parts should be promptly repaired or replaced.

The tightness of the tensioning chain is too tight to increase the wear, too loose and easy to produce impact and jitter. When the general chain is pulled tight, the other side should have an active clearance of 20-30 mm/meter in the vertical direction. Do not attach the two chains. If the sprocket tensioning wheel has been adjusted to the extreme position and the tensioning requirement is still not achieved, the chain link can be removed or increased. However, the old and new links cannot be mixed.

Replacement When chain chain vibrations and impacts are too large, they should be replaced in time. Sometimes the chain can be used in reverse, which can produce better results. When replacing the chain, if the sprocket wears badly, it may not work well with the new chain. Replace the new sprocket at the same time. However, if the sprocket is symmetrical, using the sprocket in reverse may work well.

Lubrication should be done on time according to the requirements of daily maintenance, and do a good job of lubrication. When lubricating, grease should be applied to the mating surface of the chain sleeve and pin and sprocket, and the brush can be evenly applied. Always lubricate when parking to prevent danger.

Cleaning Due to the dust in the chain work, it is easy to stick with the sludge, and the transmission is not smooth. It should be cleaned regularly. It can be cleaned in gasoline or diesel oil first, then boiled in the oil for about 30 minutes, and then drained and reused.

After the end of each season, the chain is unloaded in the oil and boiled, wrapped in butter and put in a dry place, sprocket application or diesel scrub, coated with butter and rust.

The use of bearing repair and maintenance
