4, water requirements. The moisture of the fermentation material should be controlled at about 65%. Too high or too low is not conducive to fermentation, too little water, slow fermentation; too much water can lead to poor ventilation, slow heating, and produce odor. To adjust the moisture content of the material: If the moisture content is too high, add straw, sawdust, mushroom slag, and dry earth powder. 5, turning ventilation. During the fermentation process, attention should be paid to proper supply of oxygen and turning over (when the temperature rises to 75°C or more, it must be turned over several times). The temperature rise is controlled at about 65°C, and the temperature is too high to affect nutrients.

6, the completion of fermentation. Generally, the fermentation can be completed within one week. The material is dark brown and the temperature begins to drop to room temperature, indicating that the fermentation is completed. If sawdust, sawdust, and rice husks are excessive, the fermentation time should be extended until it is fully decomposed.
