Tremella growth environment

First, the temperature

Temperature is an important factor for growth and development of Tremella. Tremella is a mesogenic fungus. Mycelia can grow at 16°C~30°C. Among them, normal growth at 20°C~28°C, and best growth at 23°C~25°C, lower than 20°C. Or higher than 28 °C mycelium is delicate.

Second, the humidity

Tremella in the humid conditions of the hyphae can be colonized and thrive. The mycelium was thick and short and the fruit body was normal. In an over-wet environment, mycelial growth is delicate, thin, sparse, and poor fruit body differentiation or gelation.

Third, lighting

Strong direct light will not be conducive to the germination of Tremella mycelia and fruiting body differentiation. Scattered light can promote spore germination and fruit body differentiation. Different illuminations have a clear relationship with the color of the white fungus fruit body, dark-eared yellow fruit body differentiation is slow, and the appropriate scattered light, white fungus and white quality are also excellent.

Fourth, pH

Tremella fuciformis is a weak acid fungus. The pH value during culture should be between 5.2 and 5.8. Peracid or over-alkali will have a certain influence on the white fungus.
